At Patraw, every pair of shoes is meticulously designed by Chris Patraw and handcrafted by Italian artisans specifically for your order. Because each piece is created upon request, we operate with a specialized return policy:
- Final Sale & Made-to-Order: Products labeled as made-to-order are not eligible for returns or monetary refunds for "change of mind" or preference.
- Size Exchanges: We understand fit is paramount. We offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in "Factory-Mint" condition.
- Condition Requirements: To qualify for an exchange, shoes must be unworn, uncreased, and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend trying them on only on clean, carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffing the soles.
- Defects & Craftsmanship: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us at [Email: support.patrawofficial@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a repair or replacement free of charge.
- Shipping for Returns: For approved exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured courier.
How to Initiate a Request
- Contact Us: Email our concierge at [support.patrawofficial@gmail.com] with your order number and request details.
- Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for our Italian logistics center.
- Inspection: Once received, items undergo a quality inspection. After approval, your new size will be placed into the production queue.
