Patraw Shipping Policy

Every pair of Patraw shoes is handcrafted in Le Marche, Italy, upon order. We partner with premium carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure your investment arrives safely and swiftly once production is complete.

1. Production & Processing Time
  • Made-to-Order Lead Time: Because we do not hold inventory, please allow [ 6–10 weeks max] for our Italian artisans to craft your shoes before they are shipped.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email when your order enters production and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your shoes leave our workshop in Italy.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
  • Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over [$100]. For orders below this amount, shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Transit Times: Once dispatched from Italy, standard international shipping typically takes [ 3–7 business days] to reach the United States.
3. International Customs & Duties
  • Import Duties: For customers in the United States, orders valued under $800 typically enter duty-free. However, due to recent trade regulations, additional tariffs or fees may apply to luxury Italian goods upon entry.
  • Customer Responsibility: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
4. Delivery Requirements
  • Signature Required: Due to the high value of Patraw footwear, all international shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the parcel appears damaged, notify the courier immediately and contact our concierge within 48 hours.

5. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any re-shipping fees.
